The agreement
Binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] governing use of investeam.io. Using the Service = accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What Investeam is
Investeam turns a plain-language question into a structured "mandate" and generates AI-produced analysis, questions, and a committee-style research view (the "Output"). It is an information and research tool, general in nature, available to users at large.
Not investment advice
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. Nothing in the Output is a recommendation, solicitation, or personalized advice to buy, hold, or sell any security or to pursue any strategy, and no Output is tailored to your individual situation even where it refers to information you provided. We are not your investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary, and no advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created by your use of the Service. We are not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, and we do not hold a licence for investment advice, investment marketing, or portfolio management under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 1995, or an equivalent licence elsewhere. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consult a licensed financial professional before any investment decision, and do your own research.

The Service and Output are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or to participate in any strategy, in any jurisdiction where unlawful. Past performance and any projections, forecasts, or targets are not a guarantee of, and not indicative of, future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
AI-generated content
The Output is generated by an AI system, not by a human analyst, adviser, or licensed professional. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or hallucinated, and may not reflect current market conditions. We don't warrant accuracy/completeness/timeliness. You must independently verify before relying. Where required (incl. EU AI Act Art. 50) we disclose you are interacting with, and receiving content generated by, an AI system.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You're responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Auth via Firebase Authentication (incl. Google sign-in), also subject to Google's terms.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use; no obtaining regulated investment advice; no entering others' personal data or sensitive data (card numbers, government IDs); no reverse-engineering/scraping/overloading/disrupting; no using Output to provide investment advice or a regulated financial service to third parties; no misrepresenting Output as human, licensed, or personalized advice.
Intellectual property
Service, software, brand, design owned by us. Limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use. You retain rights in your input; you grant us a licence to process it to provide/improve the Service per the Privacy Policy. Output is for your personal, informational use.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No warranty it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. [Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions.]
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT/INCIDENTAL/SPECIAL/CONSEQUENTIAL/EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON OUTPUT. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ≤ THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD 100. Indemnity

Governing law and disputes
